Responsible location reporting

Public interest is not a permission slip to disrupt communities.

No active-set directions

We report completed production activity and broad areas. We do not publish live schedules, private access points or cast movements.

Homes are not attractions

Residential streets receive privacy warnings. Readers are directed toward public attractions and ordinary town-centre visits.

Local evidence matters

Regional reporting, road notices and community impact are treated as evidence—not decorative colour beneath a national headline.

Four different questions about a location

Was filming reported here?
Read the dated source linked on the card.
What scene does it represent?
A real-world location and a fictional setting are different claims. Keep the setting uncertain unless the source establishes it.
Is it open to visitors?
Use the operator or landowner’s current access information. An old filming report does not establish today’s access.
Is filming happening now?
This is a historical reporting guide, not a live crew or performer tracker.

For a planned attraction visit, use the Studio Tour guide. For a public location, choose the place for its own interest and follow its normal access rules.

Where can fans actually visit?

Leavesden is the officially announced production base. The other eight areas in this guide are linked to the series by named reporting, with the strength and limits of that reporting explained on each page. Most visits should centre on ordinary attractions, public paths and open businesses. The finished series may use a place briefly or change its appearance, so choose somewhere you would enjoy even without recognising a shot.

The table’s visitor-friendly assessment is our planning judgement, not an official attraction rating. Yes means there is an ordinary public visitor route; Partly means that access, terrain, privacy or the difference between the historic filming connection and current attraction needs particular attention. No public access describes the working studio, not the separately ticketed Studio Tour. None of these assessments grants access to a house, a closed building or a production area.

Skipton: choose the right kind of visit

Plan a visit around Skipton’s castle, canal and town centre. Film crews were reported here in October 2025 by Your Skipton, the local press. The production has not confirmed what was filmed. Discover Britain also included Skipton among reported television locations.

Make public town attractions the focus: the canal, museum, castle and woodland offer different ways to spend a break. Keep residential streets out of the itinerary and give yourself an unhurried arrival if travelling by train. A Yorkshire weekend works better as its own trip than as a detour between southern locations.

Leavesden: choose the right kind of visit

WBD's official 14 July 2025 announcement states that production began at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden, UK. The alternate US Pressroom URL surfaced in official-domain search results.

The public Studio Tour requires its own booking and explores the films. Use the operator’s visitor entrance and transport information for that attraction, rather than directions intended for people working at the studios. Set aside a major part of the day, and make any wider Hertfordshire plan flexible.

Borough High Street: choose the right kind of visit

Discover Britain reports Nick Frost filming in costume on Borough High Street and Embankment. The original MyLondon report is currently unavailable through its linked address. The reports do not confirm which fictional street the area represents.

A London Bridge or Bankside visit gives this reported connection a wider setting. Choose open public walking routes and current visitor attractions, then leave room for a meal or a change in the weather. Treat the street as a working part of the city, with residents and businesses, rather than a permanent set.

London Zoo: choose the right kind of visit

ComingSoon reported filming at London Zoo on 17 July 2025; no official zoo confirmation of the TV filming found. Existing Redanian source is specialist/fan reporting, not official confirmation.

Book through the official Zoo site and use its current travel and accessibility information. The historic Reptile House’s original-film connection does not mean its interior remains open. Plan for the Zoo that visitors can access today, and decide whether it should replace another major stop in a short London break.

Ashridge Estate: choose the right kind of visit

People published set photographs and identified Ashridge filming in November 2025. No official fictional-setting or episode confirmation found.

Choose a suitable National Trust route for your group and check the current parking notice. A woodland visit should follow the season, weather and access information, rather than the desire to recreate a publicity photograph. Keep enough daylight and energy for the return connection.

Hoddesdon: choose the right kind of visit

Discover Britain reports filming in Hoddesdon in September 2025. It describes Little Whinging, but this remains press attribution; omit scene-specific fan inference.

Treat the town as one part of a Hertfordshire day, with public heritage and countryside choices. Read the current Rye House information before expecting to enter the gatehouse. Select the places you genuinely want to see instead of trying to collect every reported location in one day.

Cadgwith and Kynance Cove: choose the right kind of visit

ITV News West Country reported filming at Cadgwith and Kynance Cove in its article updated 22 October 2025. Exact scenes remain unconfirmed.

These coastal stops need their own access and weather decisions. Use the National Trust’s Kynance information for the approach and parking, and respect Cadgwith as a working village. A coast path is not a promise of easy access or safe conditions on your chosen date.

Lustleigh: choose the right kind of visit

ITV News West Country reported filming in Lustleigh in its 22 October 2025 article. The fictional setting has not been confirmed by the production.

Keep the village visit modest and combine it with a suitable Dartmoor route if that fits your group. The Wray Valley Trail includes an on-road section, so read the official description before choosing it. No photograph is worth intruding on someone’s home or stepping into traffic.

Île de Sein: choose the right kind of visit

Le Parisien (27 May 2025) cautiously linked a visiting crew and Tévennec filming to Harry Potter. Alouette relayed regional reporting: filming at sea, not on the island itself, according to the mayor. Keep attribution and uncertainty; no scene identities.

Make the island’s own history and landscape the reason for a ferry trip. Read the operator’s current sailing information and allow for changes in sea conditions. The offshore production report does not make a lighthouse landing an ordinary visitor activity, and a mainland base may suit a flexible plan.

Plan a trip around a region

For a first location break, choose one region and one main activity rather than combining the most distant names in the table. Yorkshire, London, Hertfordshire, the South West and Brittany each involve different kinds of transport and different access questions. Build the days around confirmed visitor arrangements, then add the television connection as context. Our itinerary choices are suggestions you can adapt, not routes we claim to have personally tested.

Think about what would make the trip enjoyable if the weather changed or a particular attraction was unavailable. A flexible overnight, an indoor alternative and a manageable return journey often matter more than one extra stop. Compare your group’s walking preferences before choosing accommodation, and give the least flexible booking priority. For a mixed group, one well-chosen attraction plus time to explore can be more satisfying than a long list of short visits.
